Are property titles verified before sale?
Yes. All land records are thoroughly verified by legal experts and every property is approved by leading nationalised and private banks.
What is your policy on construction deviations?
We follow a strict ZERO DEVIATION policy, complying with all regulations and securing occupancy/completion certificates before handover.
What is Undivided Share (UDS) of land and how is it handled?
UDS is the proportionate share of land each apartment owner holds. We ensure complete transparency in transferring UDS to every buyer.
Are your agreements uniform for all buyers?
